Divina started her career in executive search and talent development in 1998 having joined a British-based boutique firm in Tokyo, Japan and grew her career from there. In 2010 she relocated to Amsterdam and set up base there to cover the global financial services industry, especially real estate and private equity investments.

In her spare time she loves to row, tennis, swim, dance and best of all hang out with her 7-year old meisje (daughter).
